Italian restaurants, sub shops, calzone counters and Italian delis sit next to the pizzerias on this site because most of them bake pizza too, often from the same dough. Full-service Italian restaurants take reservations for dinner, add a tip line for table service (15-20% is customary) and usually run a cheaper lunch menu on weekdays. Sub and sandwich shops are counter-order and quick, with sizes by the inch or in half and whole lengths. Calzones and strombolis are priced like a medium pizza and are large enough to share. Italian delis and bakeries sell by weight and by the piece, and many close mid-afternoon.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 10 amβ4 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. This was my first time there, and I had such an amazing experience! Joye and Azari were absolutely amazing and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. They were both so friendly, helpful, and attentive. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! β€οΈ

Went into today to get an Apple Fritter, was told by Gary they did not have them. Gary worked hard to find me something and I settled on the Ham and Cheese and a slice of Pound Cake. Both of these items were delicious , but it was not Apple Fritter. What bakery doesn't have apple fritter? Please, please get the apple fritter. Other Bakery's in the area sell them, but they close so early you can't get there to get one. Lil Dutch is one of the best bakery's in town.

Lil Dutch bakery has been a staple of my childhood while growing up in the CSRA area, so I was pleased to see it still open after so many years. I opted for two of my favorites when I used to come here as a child; the lemon square and the chess square. The chess square was average, just about what youβd expect. The lemon square, however, was phenomenal and just as good, if not better, than how I remembered it as a kid. The lemon square was very soft, gooey, and moist, and the sweetness was balanced perfectly with the tartness of the lemon flavor. The sprinkle of powdered sugar on top rounded it all out to make the perfect dessert. Service was quick, friendly, and convenient. Definitely would come back for those lemon squares.

I was excited to get to go this bakery because it has been a while; I have gone to multiple locations. I am beyond disgusted with my most recent experience at this bakery. This by far is the worst experience. The cashier was undeniably rude to the point where I did not get all that I had intended on getting for being rushed. She appeared to be bothered as I asked about flavors stating everything was labeled, however the choice in marker color and pastries made it hard to see, especially with some visual impairments and along with some being rubbed off. I hope that the next personβs experience is better. Maybe use a darker marker or a different labeling method. I will say if you need assistance ordering or have questions about the products or prices, this isnβt the place to buy from. I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. The cookies were hard too to add to the experience.

I came in about a week or two ago and decided to write a review, I ordered 4 cupcakes and 1 cake. The cupcakes were very delicious I was surprised to have filling or cream? Inside of two of them but I was not disappointed! They were nice and moist and the frosting was nice and soft too! My husband said the red velvet could use a few more nuts but he thought they were delicious too! The only reason Iβm giving 3 stars is because of the customer service. The lady at the counter was rude to me just because I asked for military discount and proceeded to tell me I should have asked for that before she started ringing everything up and her tone was off. Customer service is just a big deal to me especially over something so small to be upset about? Other than that I highly recommend coming here for your sweet treats!
